SBI began as Byrne’s PC Garage in 2008 on Monroe Avenue in Brighton. Ken and Ethan Byrne, a father-son team, were the impetus behind the business, with Ethan the mastermind behind fixing computers and Ken providing knowledge gained by the BS in Computer Science he earned in 1980 and years in the business. While there, they gained a loyal following of customers who appreciated their expertise, speed and honesty.
Ethan and Ken eventually found that so many of their customers wanted on-site services or pick-up and drop-off services, that they moved from their Monroe Avenue location, allowing Ethan to travel to customers whenever they needed him. This has proved to be helpful to their clients and to them, allowing them to provide even quicker service than they could previously.
This move was so successful that it has allowed them to serve more clients and larger businesses than they had prior and led to the expansion of their business. Thus, they are pleased to announce their name change to Small Business Intelligence to better include the many varied services they now offer.
